2. Purposes, legal bases, data categories
2.1 Provision of the website / server logs
Data: IP address, date/time, time zone, requested URL, referrer URL, user agent, HTTP status, bytes transferred.
Purpose: technical operation, stability, IT security.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests).
Retention: server logs are routinely deleted, typically after 7 days.
2.2 Communication by e‑mail / contact
Data: contact details, message content, metadata.
Purpose: handling inquiries.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre‑/contractual) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (general requests).
Retention: for the duration of processing and statutory retention periods.
2.3 Embedded third‑party media (YouTube, Spotify, Amazon Music, etc.)
We use a two-click solution. External players load only after your consent. No data is transmitted to third parties before you click.
Data/recipients (after consent): IP address, device/browser data, possibly cookie/storage identifiers; recipients are the respective providers (e.g., Google Ireland/Google LLC for YouTube; Spotify AB; Amazon Digital Services).
Purpose: display/playback of embedded media.
Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR together with § 25 TDDDG (access to/store information on your device).
Third-country transfer: may occur (e.g., to the USA). Safeguards: EU Standard Contractual Clauses; details in the providers’ privacy notices.
Withdrawal: at any time with effect for the future via Cookie Settings or by removing consent at the placeholder.
Note: Where possible we use static preview images and – for YouTube – youtube‑nocookie. This reduces but does not always replace consent.
2.4 Analytics / marketing
We currently do not use web analytics or marketing trackers. Should this change, we will inform you here and obtain consent where required.
3. Cookies & local storage
We only use technologies necessary for operating the site. For non‑essential technologies (e.g., embedded third‑party media, marketing) we obtain opt‑in consent and provide granular choices plus an always‑available link to Cookie Settings.
4. Recipients / processors
Hosting & infrastructure: operated with a third‑party hosting provider as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR). Data may be processed within the EU/EEA; if processing occurs outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) apply.
Other recipients: only as described in 2.3 or where legally required.
5. International transfers
Transfers to third countries (e.g., USA) can occur in connection with embedded services. Legal bases include EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where available, adequacy decisions.
6. Storage duration
Unless stated otherwise, we process personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.
7. Obligation to provide data
Providing server/device data is necessary for technical operation. Consent for embedded media is voluntary; without consent, such content cannot be displayed.
8. Your rights
You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
Right to complain: You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU Member State of your habitual residence or place of work.
9. Security of processing
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (e.g., access controls, transport encryption, backups) to protect personal data.
10. External links
Our website contains links to third‑party offerings (e.g., YouTube, Spotify, Amazon Music). Those providers’ privacy policies apply.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our processing or legal requirements change. The current version is available on this page at all times
